About Story Musgrave
Story Musgrave is a 30-year NASA astronaut and veteran of six space shuttle
flights. He is widely known for his role as Payload Commander on the first Hubble Space Telescope
repair mission in 1993, as well as his expertise in spacewalking techniques and development.
He is a pilot, poet, philosopher, photographer and trauma surgeon with a true affinity for nature,
having been raised on a dairy farm in Massachusetts.
Story's palm farm in Kissimmee, Florida, consists of around 10,000 palms
of varying species from around the world, with over 4,000 Flamethrower Palms currently under
cultivation.
